Develop your expertise in the exciting field of employer branding and recruitment marketing

The Home Office seeks to build a safe, fair and prosperous UK. We achieve this through our work on counter-terrorism, policing, fire, crime, drugs policy, immigration and passports. Delivering all of this takes a team effort, and we rely on talented people with a wide range of skills and experience. Your role will be to help us attract that diverse and talented workforce.

Recruitment marketing draws on the full communications skillset, from research and strategy to creative development, media planning to evaluation.  As Senior Recruitment Marketing Manager, you’ll focus on communicating our offer to potential and existing employees. Reporting to the Brand & Talent Acquisition Manager, you can expect to drive campaigns and communications plans, and have vital input to employer brand management. Fostering productive working relationships with internal stakeholders will be key to your success, as will managing suppliers such as our communications agencies.

You’re likely to have significant experience in a communications development and delivery role, including the production of integrated paid-for marketing campaigns. Highly organised and able to work autonomously, you’ll have excellent project management skills. Your excellent negotiation and influencing skills ensure you can achieve value from suppliers and buy-in to proposals from senior stakeholders.
Hybrid working, whereby up to 60% of your time can be worked remotely, is available for this role.

As well as a range of brilliant benefits, including a Civil Service pension with employer contributions from 26%, 25 days annual leave and flexible working, this role will offer you the opportunity to develop your expertise in the exciting specialism of recruitment marketing, gaining skills that are increasingly in demand by employers.

Closing date: 11:55pm on Sunday 8 October 2023.
