Position Summary:

MAWD (March and White Design), a Global Award Winning Interior Design Studio, seek a highly motivated Marketing & Communications Manager to join our growing team and help drive Marketing and PR initiatives across United Kingdom, Europe and Middle East.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for the planning and implementation of an integrated marketing and communications strategy, working closely with the co-founders to ensure marketing materials and communications are keyed in with the new business initiatives.

In this role, you will think strategically about marketing and communications and own the day-to-day enhancement of marketing materials alongside the coordination and implementation of public relations and social media initiatives. This includes being the key point of contact for press and media relations, dissemination of news releases, coordination of expert commentary, and keeping leadership informed on industry trends and stories.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of public relations strategy execution, a strong list of design / real estate media contacts, excellent writing skills, and direct experience in the built environment. You will also have proven experience in preparing visual and written presentations with excellent Adobe InDesign skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the firm's leadership to strategize marketing initiatives and ensure marketing materials and communications are keyed in with the new business initiatives.
* Develop a strategic communications strategy in support of the amplification of projects and marketing initiatives.
* Develop and maintain regular media contact with target press to keep MAWD front of mind.
* Develop measurable, realistic KPIs in regards to specific media campaigns for the PR function.
* Coordinate project press with clients and relevant stakeholders.
* Managing and optimizing social media accounts according to desired engagement targets.
* Collaborate with the firm's leadership to strategize responses to RFP's including preparation of presentation responses in InDesign software.
* Research and keep up-to-date on the property market and latest industry thoughts.
* Manage and use contact database to maintain client and collaborator relationships, particularly through newsletter production and outreach.
* Attend presentations to assist in the communication of marketing materials and RFP responses.
* Represent the firm at major trade shows and professional exhibitions.

About you:

* Professional degree
* Property PR or design / property background.
* 7+ years of experience in PR and Marketing.
* Must possess excellent verbal and written skills.
* Adobe InDesign skills are essential.
* Presentation skills are essential.
* Positive attitude
* Ability to work well to deadlines
* Experience identifying target audiences and implementing thought leadership campaigns a plus.
* Has strong attention to detail
