Location: Hybrid/Remote based
Salary: Up to £28,198 per annum (Experience Dependent)
Job Type: Permanent, full time (37.5 hours a week)

About the role:
This role sits within the Audiences, Sales and Marketing Department which brings together Ticketing, Communications, Marketing, CRM and Digital as a centralised team working across the whole organisation; united by shared accountability and responsibility for audience and revenue targets.
We are looking for someone with experience of delivering insight within an organisation, of analysing data and reporting on the results, of CRM systems and a working knowledge of ticketing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Auditing and optimising existing digital content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and creates optimum customer engagement.
* Ensuring unity throughout content by promoting a consistent brand voice and identity.
* Establishing a content calendar to create short and long-term content campaigns for different digital channels
* Work closely with the rest of the CRM & Digital team and the Marketing & Comms team to create and deliver engaging content for marketing, CRM & social campaigns.
* Work closely with the Designers to develop strong visual identities for online use and brand consistency across digital platforms and channels
* Ensure content created aligns with audience and revenue targets
* Tracking and measuring the performance of digital content with the use of digital tools that measure key performance indicators and metrics.
* Support Website Manager to deliver any content as required for Quaytickets Management and Leadership.
* Management of the Video Content Editor to create consistent and engaging content for use across website, apps and social.
* Management of Google Analytics account to evaluate campaign success, overall website performance and customer journey.
* Managing the relationship with our 3rd party web agency .
Skills and Experience
* Creative and editorial thinker but also able to deliver on pre-agreed audience and revenue targets.
* Ability to communicate on all levels of the organisation from public-facing teams to senior management.
* High digital literacy and an ability to communicate technical and complex elements to non-technical teams, colleagues and stakeholder.
* Able to interrogate Google Analytics data to understand the customer journey/traffic / sales KPIs.
* Excellent knowledge of SEO and copywriting for web.
* Photography, video and editing skills (Canva, Vimeo).
* Excellent copywriting skills for long and short-form online content.
* Experience commissioning content Job Related Knowledge.
* Proactively staying up-to-date on development in the digital trends, sharing these insights and opportunities across the organisation.
* Up-to-date knowledge and understanding of digital marketing.
* Expert understanding of digital metrics.
