Salary: £45-50,000 per annum, dependent upon experience

Job Type: Full Time

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 4.00pm

Centrado is a progressive UK company that supplies materials to the picture framing industry. We supply all materials required for making a frame.

We have grown through geographical expansion, competitive sourcing and increased product range and have just recently moved into larger, new purpose-built premises in Fenstanton, Cambridgeshire PE28 9RB

We are recruiting for an experienced Marketing Manager who will be responsible for delivering our marketing strategy and ensuring all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your flair for creativity and innovation.

Key Duties:

* Inspire and motivate your Marketing Designer and external design agency and web developer
* Produce campaigns across a range of mediums for promotion of new products
* Promote popular existing products to customers to maximise cross selling opportunities
* Utilise digital and social media content to enhance our business offering
* Design print literature including product catalogues, leaflets, brochures, etc
* Effective web site management to increase web orders to target of 50% of total sales
* Design and produce internal and external marketing campaigns within the brand guidelines
* Co-ordinate the production of marketing collateral that can maximise effectiveness of the sales team
* Communicate the benefits of the Centrado service and infrastructure to reduce dependence on price focused selling

Key Requirements:

* Experience working within a B2B marketing managerial role
* Track record of successful product focused marketing
* Demonstrable creative skills
* Knowledge of data analysis and effective reporting
* An outstanding leader and manager of people who demonstrates the Centrado Vision and Values and nurtures the culture
* Effective judgement and decision-making
