An excellent opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to be fully involved in the creation, launch, and maintenance of a brand-new B2B eCommerce store set to launch April 2023. The new brand is backed by an already established technologies company giving the right candidate the chance for further career development and opportunities.
The Marketing and Sales Executive will be responsible for supporting the marketing and sales team for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote the new company and its products including the development of inside sale channels. He/she must have basic knowledge in all areas of digital/online marketing (eCommerce preferable) and be able to support the team to lead/execute/convert campaigns within each specialty area of digital marketing. The dual position will entail a varied work style making no day the same.

The Digital Marketing Executive / Sales Support Role:
As Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing and sales team for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote the new company and its products including the development of inside sales channels.
We are looking for someone with a basic knowledge in all areas of digital/online marketing (eCommerce preferable) and be able to support the team to lead/execute/convert campaigns within each specialty area of digital marketing.
This exciting dual position entails a diverse range of varied work making no day the same.
This position also comes with flexible home working for 2 days per week.
+ Manage all digital marketing channels
+ Promote the group websites, optimising content for SEO and enhancing websites with additional content such as product videos, social media integration and anything that can drive traffic and further improve the user experience.
+ Ownership of on-site search, with responsibility to analyse usage, disseminate insight to the wider team and optimise
+ Design, build and maintain our social media presence
+ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
+ Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
+ Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
+ Measure online conversion and identify tactics internally and with third parties to improve conversion rates
+ Help identify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound communications
+ Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
+ Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management
+ Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
+ Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
+ Upselling products, services and supporting with closing sales
+ Digital Marketing experience: Ideally from eCommerce, engineering, technology, and software background
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Great organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business is preferred
