CRM EXECUTIVE - SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ORGANISATION - BASED IN CAMBRIDGE - £35,000 - HYBRID/FLEXIBLE

They are a software development and contract research organization that delivers solutions enabling companies to discover, design and optimize molecules. New product development is crucial so that they can deliver the drug discovery tools of the future.

Your new role
They are looking for a CRM Executive to support the CRM Manager within their growing sales team. The role will focus on developing their CRM platform, and day to day activities will include:

* Enhance the CRM system user experience
* Build, manage and improve automated workflows for utilizing the CRM system and managing the customer journey
* Support the CRM Manager with CRM system upgrade and release testing
* Support the development of CRM analytics as per team requirements
* Lead and manage CRM projects you propose from idea to full delivery
* Share the responsibility with CRM Manager to maintain CRM function by covering team holiday or absence

What you'll need to succeed

* Experience on Zoho / other CRM systems (e.g. Hubspot / Salesforce etc.)
* Great interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and confidently communicate with a variety of departments
* Able to work independently with designated tasks
* Desirable - Experience of programming languages (e.g. deluge / PowerBI / SQL)
