This retail sector fashion brand is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their dynamic, collaborative team on a permanent full-time basis.


Your new role

In your role you will be working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to support with the execution of the digital strategy across all marketing channels for both UK and International sites. You will work alongside the internal team and external agencies to achieve company objectives, drive sales, and strengthen the brand internationally. You will Manage all elements of paid content copy, from planning, briefing to A/B testing and feeding into to the external marketing agency. You will Support the Digital Marketing Assistant and wider junior team members to help upskill their digital knowhow. You will produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and highlight key performance metrics, providing analysis against KPIs and business objectives and make innovative recommendations to improve activity.


What you'll need to succeed

A Successful candidate will have Excellent creative and communicative skills and a breadth of Knowledge on ALL Social Media Platforms with an understanding of ALL digital marketing channels - Paid Search, Paid Social, CRM, Affiliates and SEO. You will have a proven track record of using Google Analytics, Sem Rush and UX tools. A Successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a fast passed environment and have a good understanding of end-to-end consumer journeys and the role of different channels in fully integrated campaigns.
