CUSTOMER INSIGHT MANAGER - PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY - GLOBAL PUBLISHERS - UP TO £42,000 - CAMBRIDGE - HYBRID

A world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation are looking for a Customer Insight Manager to join their team in their office in the heart of Cambridge.

Your new role
The Customer Insight Manager is an experienced insights specialist, passionate about uncovering customer needs and market intelligence. This is a critical role that conducts projects to deliver deep understanding of customer insights - including journey mapping, market analysis, customer experience, impact of service design that informs product development and positioning. Therefore, the purpose of this role is to generate fresh insight that creates competitive advantage for the business.

What you'll need to succeed

* Manage and conduct quantitative and qualitative projects to create compelling insight within budget, to deliver Working with the Head of Brand and CX Insight or a Senior Customer Insight Manager to agree budgets and project fit with strategic insight objectives
* Design research solutions, either by selecting an appropriate agency solution, or developing an effective approach to be conducted in-house.
* Ensure the smooth implementation of market research projects to include management of external research agencies
* This involves overseeing all parts of the project process including, project ideation and planning, continued monitoring of fieldwork, analysis and final reporting
* Support the development and evolution of a virtual insight network to ensure that key insight is captured at all points in the value chain
* Projects include market analysis, product testing and development, product positioning, user satisfaction, updating key market data, mapping the customer journey, candidate satisfaction and experience, understanding the value of our brand, and measuring the impact of service design
* Responsible for planning and booking in key stakeholders' time as and when required for specific market research projects
