Hays are delighted to be working with a leading independent membership organisation dedicated to the education, training and advancement of professionals within their field.

Your new role

The Marketing Project and Events Officer with support the Marketing and Communications team to coordinate the promotion of events and conferences and develop the best plan to encourage more people to sign up for membership, education, CPD or future event.

Key Responsibilities:


* Develop, co-ordinate and attend undergraduate and postgraduate activities and events to promote the organisation
* Support the Marketing Manager with the implementation of communications before, during and after any events
* Support social media with engaging content - photography, quizzes, infographics and by setting up hashtags for each event
* Plan and attend all events and ensure that the College is presented well at all events.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will have:


* Previous event/project management experience
* Ability to work with high degree of accuracy and to tight deadline
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
