This is a rare opportunity to work with an organisation that is synonymous with designer retail brands across Europe and North America. This is a fixed term opportunity for 12 months to cover a secondment.

Your new role
Forming part of the senior management team you will deliver best-in-class marketing plans, customer facing campaigns, events and communications. This role will assist in ensuring that corporate and regional campaigns are in line with wider organisational brand guidelines. You will manage the marketing budget and report on performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, ensuring that all local marketing initiatives have clear KPI targets. You will maintain excellent working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear lines of communication across a range of channels, both traditional and digital. You will also have line management responsibility for junior staff members within the team.

What you'll need to succeed
Your Professional Marketing experience will have been ideally gained within a fast-paced commercial environment and you will be able to demonstrate a strategic Marketing background with an excellent grasp of marketing channels, both online and offline. A strong team leader and team player, you will be able to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders both internally and externally. You will have the ability to manage multiple projects at any one time, with a high level of organisation and efficiency.

What you'll get in return
This is a Fixed Term Contract position to cover a secondment. Annual salary banding of £40,000 - £50,000, plus an additional performance related bonus and an excellent benefits package including an annual wellbeing allowance.
Please note that this role is full-time, on a 37.5 hour week but it does require some evening and weekend work which will be on site and on a rotational basis. TOIL is provided.
