My client are an award-winning Private Clinic based in Surrey, offering alternative treatments to surgical enhancements. Their wholesome mission is to have both men and women looking and feeling their best in a safe and healthy way without undergoing surgery. It's a unique and warm environment with friendly staff and a passionate leader. We are partnering with this business to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager on a full-time basis.

Your new role
As Digital Marketing Manager you will work in a standalone role managing and executing the Digital Marketing strategy. You will be responsible for all acquisition and retention activities, from Content, Social Media, Search Optimisation, Google & Display Ads, to Email Marketing & CRM. You will monitor and manage web performance, plan and execute campaigns and work with a Digital Agency to execute the Paid Search strategy.

You will have the opportunity to own the strategy - creating the marketing plan an innovating ways to deliver and promote the brand's message, acquiring new customers and encouraging loyalty in existing customers.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a well-rounded digital marketer with experience across a multitude of channels: PPC, SEO, Content creation, Social Media, Web performance and optimisation, CRM & email marketing. You will have the ability to create strategy, as well as remaining hands on in execution - with the ability to manage the outputs of your agency partners. You will be a proactive and innovative individual - comfortable working in a standalone role and confident in creating the overall digital strategy.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of up to £45,000 plus benefits including pension and holiday, commission, free and discounted treatments for both you and others.
