This retail sector organisation are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their dynamic, collaborative team on a permanent full time basis.

Your new role

In your role you will be working closely with both the director and external agencies to achieve company objectives, drive sales and strengthen the brand, whilst developing the website's structure to effectively promote ease of use. You will be involved in email marketing this will include planning, monitoring, and enhancing performance to maximise revenue and enhance customer experience. You will use Organic and paid social and be expected to Maintain a consistent tone of voice, develop and maintain strategy, and create collaborations across several platforms. In your new role you will be responsible for planning various promotions dependent on seasonal changes. You will work alongside outside agency on PPC to maximise the organisations campaigns. You will provide regular reports to monitor performance and improve UX

What you'll need to succeed

A Successful candidate will have Excellent creative and communicative skills and a breadth of Knowledge on Social Media Platforms. To be successful in this role you will have an understanding of PPC structure and performance and display commercial intent. You will have a proven track record of using Google Analytics, Sem Rush and UX tools. A Successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of relevant experience and apply a collaborative desire to succeed. Experience using Dot Digital, Klevu or Magento is preferred but not essential
