Hays are delighted to be working with a leading education provider in Edinburgh to appoint their next Marketing Officer. This prestigious organisation have a strong Marketing and Communication team and are looking for a vibrant and confident person to add to their team.

Your new role

The Marketing Officer will contribute to the development of the Marketing Strategy and to develop a social media strategy that will support the marketing goals and to take responsibility for planning and delivering social media content, sourcing, creating, scheduling and evaluating social media posts on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Tik Tok.

You will:

* Create print adverts and digital adverts for the School
* To manage the content calendar for Marketing
* To assist with the planning and coordination of school events
* To generate and implement new ideas to help the team deliver sector leading marketing activities
* To proactively source and write news stories for current and prospective parents
* To create and edit content, including photo and video content
* To manage the school photography library



* What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will:


* Have experience managing social media across multiple platforms
* Have experience of managing organic and paid social channels
* Have great copywriting and proofreading skills
* Have experience creating engaging content
