Events Manager - Leading University

We are recruiting for a leading university who are looking for an exceptional events manager to oversee and organise an exciting event in May that also marks its 10 year anniversary. The event plays host to existing students as well as prospective student, industry partners and university staff.

This will all be held in the universities new flag-ship creative space, that was designed for collaboration, innovation and the development of new ideas. The event itself is held over 5 days and will see in excess of over 1200 visitors across the week.

The ideal candidate will need to have experience in events management and marketing with an emphasis around stakeholder engagement and will need to have the confidence to push back and challenge where needed.

This is a full-time temporary role with flexible working hours available and just 1-2 days in the office. It's also worth noting there is scope for this role to be seasonal and for the right person to take ownership of this annual event, leading to 5-6 months of continuous work per year.
