UI DESIGNER - AUTOMOTIVE TECHNOLOGY ORGANISATION - HYRBID - PERMANENT - CAMBRIDGE - COMPETITIVE SALARY

Your new role
You'll be responsible for:
+ Creating UI designs based on our UX research findings, User Journey Maps, target
workflows, and user stories, as well as discussions with SMEs.
+ Collaborate with the UX Architect on creating storyboards.
+ Create prototypes to support the development sprints.
+ Proactively communicate the designs with the Front-end Engineers to make sure the
designs are feasible.
+ Participate in usability test sessions, and take part in discussing the findings and
takeaways.
+ Work with the UX Architect and Front-end Engineers to create designs that can be
implemented iteratively, while also aligning with the larger picture of the customer
experience.

What you'll need to succeed
+ Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as UI designer, with a solid understanding
of UX.
+ Have experience from designing developer tools, data analytics tools, IT, or complex
enterprise/business software.
+ Have a portfolio showcasing your designs.
+ Have experience creating design prototypes using Figma or similar tools.
+ Be knowledgeable of what is feasible to build, e.g. what designs that would be easier
to implement.
+ Have demonstrable experience of working in a multidisciplinary, agile development
team using Scrum or similar lean approaches.
+ Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it
+ Excellent communication skill
