Your new role
As a Media Planner/Buyer you will combine creative thinking with data analysis and develop appropriate strategies to ensure that campaigns reach their target audiences as effectively as possible. You will be responsible for sales negotiation with suppliers, media bookings and issuing to suppliers, building Media plans and supporting PowerPoint presentations, reviewing TV, outdoor and radio schedules from suppliers against quality parameters and weekly invoicing and financial management. You will be responsible for post campaign auditing, digital analysis and data insights derived from digital and social campaigns to devise reports, research and analysis for new business tenders and you will work with client services, creative, content and social teams to deliver new business pitches.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a data driven, insights specialist that has a passion and understanding of the media marketplace, have experience in account management of clients; relationship building, presenting and business development, strong sales negotiation skills and media planning and buying using software tools e.g. TGI, Rajar, JNOR etc. You will have strong analytical skills and the capability to derive insights from data and identify key trends, proficiency across all Microsoft platforms and excellent interpersonal skills to make and maintain good contacts with media suppliers. You will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, experience producing detailed analysis and reports of campaigns, social media promoted spend management experience and Google PPC, GDN and You Tube advertising with Google Adwords Certification.

What you'll get in return
Salary from £28,000-£45,000 based on skills and experience, 33 days annual leave, company workplace pension scheme, Summer and Christmas parties plus monthly team socials, Cycle to work scheme and access to benefits scheme.
