We are looking for three skilled and passionate new team members to join our Global Marketing and Campaigns team. Working with the Global Marketing Manager, you will plan, lead and report on multi-channel campaigns to both UK and international markets, in order to raise our profile and increase student applications and enrolments.

Overall purpose of the post of Campaigns Marketing Officer:

We are looking for someone with a broad range of marketing skills, strong communication skills, and who is motivated and keen to bring their experience to the busy and exciting world of higher education. You will draw upon your experience in a range of marketing tools including campaign planning and implementation, digital communications, customer research and content development for a wide range of target audiences.

What will you be doing?

Plan, deliver, optimise and report on digital advertising campaigns for student recruitment activity.

Research, curate and repurpose optimised content for on and offline marketing channels, and for central digital campaigns, ensuring on brand with appropriate tone and language.

Develop market insight and analysis to inform strategies plans for improving student recruitment campaigns.

Develop briefs for agencies, suppliers and other key internal stakeholders to ensure marketing activities are effectively delivered.

Manage any budget allocated and deliver agreed activities on time and within budget.

Qualifications and Experience for the post Campaigns Marketing Officer:

We want to hear from candidates who have the following experience and or skills;

Experience of planning, implementing and reporting on digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, SEO, digital advertising, affinity building and social media marketing.

Experience of using customer, competitor and industry research to provide recommendations for marketing and campaign planning.

Significant experience of creating engaging marketing content across a range of channels, including planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including effective influencing, negotiation and senior stakeholder engagement.
