Head of Marketing Campaigns - Student Recruitment

£43,000 - £48,000 full-time, hybrid (Horsforth), 12-month maternity cover

Your role will be to provide a safe pair of hands whilst the current Head of Marketing goes on maternity leave. Managing two team managers which focus purely on the attraction of students. This assignment will be very much making sure that the marketing campaigns continue to run smoothly over an 18 month cycle.

The team has a budget of half a million and is very well experienced so don't require an individual to come in a rip up the rule book. You will be there to run the ship and report back to the relevant stakeholders. You don't need higher education experience however some with marketing campaigns management experience is essential and the ability to start end of Feb.

Background required:

* Experience of leading on marketing communications campaigns
* Strong project management and implementation skills
* Experience of working effectively with key stakeholders to create content for marketing communications activities which is audience and message appropriate
* Experience of measuring and evaluating marketing communications, including utilisation of CRM systems
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
* Experience of budget management
