Your new company
Hays are partnering with an established asset manager with offices in central London to recruit a Presentation Executive on a 6-month contract. The role will potentially either be extended or made permanent due to the investment within the marketing function wider process upgrades.
Your new role
In your new role as Presentation Executive, you will maintain & support the firms presentation library using seismic reference slide and automation functionality, ensuring consistency across all presentation content. This will include working on some upcoming specialist projects that will set the foundations of process for the business. You will work with various teams (marketing & investment teams), alongside the presentation manager to ensure you are creating cutting edge presentations using the full office suite & wider design tools. You will also work with legal & compliance teams to ensure all content is compliant & on brand.
This would suit someone who has worked within a presentation/workflow role where they are keen to join a firm at the early stages of embedded a new software & working on some exciting projects.
What you'll need to succeed
* 2+ years' experience within a presentation/desk top publishing role within financial services (essential)
* Strong with project management/workflow
* Enjoys a team where processes are still being set up
* Experience with Seismic would be an added bonus
* Strong business acumen & stakeholder management abilities
