My client is a well established, global manufacturing company based in Weybridge. They are looking for Retail Marketing Specialist to develop and deliver the retail strategy, collaborating with agencies and stakeholders to project manage the development of the retail network.

Your new role

* You will be responsible for developing and managing the retail strategy as well as delivering on lead generation and brand awareness targets.
* You will be collaborating with with internal communications team and external agencies to deliver hardware and software retail assets from videos to shop fittings.
* You will be contributing to the PR strategy to ensure maximum exposure for new store launches.
* You will be responsible for project management for the set up of the company's retail store and other stores within the retail blueprint including venue finding, branding, design development, footfall activation plans, In-store experiences, shop fitting, operational planning.
* You will be contributing to the development and implementation of the marketing calendar by coordinating all projects and events within the wider schedule
* You will deliver and promote customer service excellence throughout the organisation




What you'll need to succeed

* Strong project management experience as well as management of relationships and project costings from external agencies and suppliers
* Strong budget management skills
* Strong understanding of market trends
* Excellent customer service skills
* Outstanding communications and presentation skills
* Proven marketing communications and digital marketing skills
* Retail marketing experience
* Channel marketing experience
* Event marketing experience
* Experience working in a retail / go to market marketing role
