Your new company

Hays are partnered with a 5 star property and house developer, you will be joining an established Bid team in a constantly growing awarded winning company. They are collaborative and and forward thinking company partnering with serval client to provide top of the range service while remaining environmentally conscious. being within the first companies to deliver sustainable new properties.

Your new role

You will be responsible for the writing of exemplary qualitative response to secure new opportunities for the company, ensuring to be within deadlines. The role will include you writing case studies for new CV's and for upcoming events and projects as well as collaboration working closely with the construction team to ensure timely and precise information. You will be working cross functionally across construction regional teams and marketing coordinators. in Essence you will be providing corporate documents and tenders to promote the company as a partner of choice to potential clients and landowners.


What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful you must have experience I writing SQ and tender qualitive responses. having the ability to provide high quality and exact information to perceive the company as the most desirable partner to potential clients. you must be timely and have excellent communication skills both verbally and written to provide accurate and efficient to assist within the bid teams.
