This superb Southampton based organisation, who are at a key point in their Digital Transformation Journey, are looking to hire a Front-End Designer to work on some exciting projects. This is an exciting time to join the organisation, who are undergoing significant Digital changes. This is an exciting position with excellent career progression, and the opportunity to get stuck into some very interesting work.

Your new role
Working alongside another designer in the Digital team, this role will be responsible for building attractive and user-friendly web pages, initially in Sitecore, but then in Umbraco as the business looks to transition to a new platform. You will focus on UX/UI improvements, proactively making suggestions for improved accessibility, customer journeys, site functionality and overall improved site performance.

What you'll need to succeed
This role requires a sound knowledge of web design and UX/UI principles, and you'll need to have demonstrable experience of this in previous roles. Furthermore, it's very important that you have worked within the confines of a CMS system. Umbraco would be a bonus. Any experience with HTML, CCS and even JavaScript would also be desirable (but is not essential).
