Your new company
Your new company is a global leading accounting, audit and consulting group based in the heart of London. They are looking for an Events Co-ordinator to join the wider Operations team on a 3-month contract to assist with the management of online, offline and virtual events as well as wider administrative tasks.
Your new role
You will be joining a busy, high energy and friendly team to assist with the delivery of high quality events, from conception to on the day management. You will be liaising with suppliers, venues, and clients, building relationships with senior stakeholders of this global professional service firm, and handling event invitations and RSVPs. You will also be responsible for the assistance of administrative tasks to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently
What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience within an Events position, where you have assisted with the management of online and in person events, ideally from within a professional service industry.
