Your new role:

As the brand-new Head of Marketing, you will own innovative creations providing strong leadership and direction. With your creative and innovative approach, you will lead the marketing team of 3 (Marketing Executive, Senior Marketing Executive, Social Media Executive) and report directly into the CEO. You will ensure the multichannel strategy and development supports the objectives of the company, with the aim to be the number 1 in their niche market.

You will also be responsible for:


* Take ownership of the Marketing Strategy with focus on digital marketing
* Transform and strengthen the Marketing Team of 3
* Own the content creation for the website with regular updates
* Monitor the budget for all channels (social media, website, email campaigns)
* Monitor the PR and brand partnerships

What you need to succeed:

To be successful in this opportunity you will need to have a variety of creative elements in your marketing. We are looking for a seasoned marketer with strong communication skills to lead the team to exceed all business targets. With your ambitious and focussed approach, you will lead the marketing activities including the growth of the brand and digital marketing. This approach will allow you to develop new and existing brand partnerships to grow with the company and maximise all opportunities. Your passion for the travel industry will need to shine through but industry background is not a necessity to become a leading Head of Marketer. Your motivation and innovative ideas will be shown through your previous experience with tangible results, leveraging the CRM systems within the company (E.G. Marketing Cloud, Salesforce).
