Your new role
We're looking for a high performing eCRM specialist to join our Global Digital Marketing team. It's an exciting time to come on board as we devise and roll out global strategies, optimise existing Martech and integrate a user personalisation tool. You will oversee the deployment, onboarding and performance of new marketing technologies in Hays (e.g. new Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tealium, Google Analytics).
What you'll need to succeed
* Hands on / advanced usage of marketing automation platforms to drive eCRM activity (ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with good basic understanding of SQL and AMPscript)
* Experience using Salesforce Interaction Studio would be an advantage
* Track record of developing and delivering training programmes
