Events Assistant

Join a UK leading legal firm as their Events Assistant to assist with the delivery of a busy Events Calendar!


Your new company

You will be joining a UK leading law firm focussing on technology, media, entertainment, and private sector clients. This position will sit within the Business Development and Marketing team, reporting into the Head of Marketing and working closely with 2 executives within the team on the delivery of online and in-person events.

Your new role

Within your new role, you will be responsible for organisation of virtual seminars and in-person events and conferences, along with handling all event logistics from conception to completion. You will be the go-to in handling the firms CRM system (Interaction) and maintaining and developing website pages.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have a years experience in an Events based role within a professional service firm who is enthusiastic about the events industry and keen to take on responsibility. You will gain exposure to senior leaders within the firm and will therefore need the confidence to liaise with stakeholders and partners.
