As part of our continued growth, Elcom is looking for a Field Marketing Executive to plan, project-manage, execute, and optimise our tactical demand generation activities, events, and campaigns across the Birmingham region.

We run and maintain the Scottish Government’s supply chain software service which automates the processing of purchase orders through to the payment of invoices covering £7bn+ per annum of Scottish Government spend. We also provide eProcurement, eInventory, eHealth and eFunding solutions for clients around the world.

What you will be doing:

+ Be an advocate for the sales region you support and help the rest of the marketing department understand their priorities.
+ Be an advocate for the marketing department and help the sales team you support understand the marketing department's priorities.
+ Project manage and successfully execute end-to-end regionally targeted tactical marketing campaigns that include but are not limited to user events, industry tradeshows, webinar, demand campaigns/nurture programs, roundtables.
+ Working with multiple stakeholders from sales teams, product teams to senior executives to deliver tactical marketing campaigns that will drive revenue and lead generation.
+ Develop a deep understanding of UK/I target audiences, our solutions, and value propositions.
+ Working with a lead generation agency, responsible for lead processing, submissions, and tracking for campaign performance in multiple regions.
+ Measure campaign effectiveness based on appropriate KPIs, obtain valuable, data-driven insights.
+ Work closely with the local and global sales teams to capture and action customer feedback, develop retention strategies, and customer communication and engagement activities.
+ Work closely with the wider marketing team to align tactical and regional campaigns to the national marketing campaigns.
+ Work closely with the wider marketing team to create sales enablement materials.


+ Proven ability to build relationships across several stakeholders including local and global sales, lead generation agencies, telesales team, subject matter experts, product, and marketing.
+ Intermediate knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Illustrator is a plus.
+ Experience with CRMs such us Pipedrive, Salesforce or HubSpot.
+ Hands-on, collaborative, multi-tasker, creative, strategic thinker, and analytical.
+ Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at the same time with excellent attention to detail.
+ Previous experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns, within a B2B setting.
