This Manchester based bridging loans company is looking for a business development executive to join their dynamic sales team on a permanent, full time basis.

Your new role

In your new role you will start a blank slate with a view to building up your own client base through conducting pro-active business development initiatives and reaching out to new introducers, partners, affiliates and brokers. You will be expected to work autonomously, arranging client visits and meetings where suitable. You will take full ownership of your own introducer accounts and of your application pipeline and manage this pipeline of applications in order to keep on top of all enquiries seeing them through from start to finish. In your new role you will provide accurate forecast on pipeline business on a weekly basis and be held accountable for performance.


What you'll need to succeed

A successful candidate will display an excellent track record of operating within a sales environment and have evidence of consistently hitting targets. An ideal candidate will display an understanding of UK financial services distribution landscape including regulated and unregulated financial intermediaries. To succeed in your new role you must possess excellent communication skills and be able to speak with a range of introducers/stakeholders when necessary and adapt your communication styles accordingly. You must have demonstrable experience within a business development capacity. As an applicant you must ave excellent organisational skills, time and diary management skills as in this role resilience and reliability are vital to success.
Understanding of mortgages and secured lending products and criteria is preferred but not essential.
Applicants must have a UK driving licence
