based in Bury are looking to appoint a Marketing Assistant. This is a great job opportunity for a junior marketing professional to take the next step in their role in a mixed generalist role.
Your new role
As the Marketing Assistant you will report into the Head of Sales and carry out a variety of differing marketing activities for the firm. Areas of responsibility will include developing and increasing the firms client base by updating website content, advert copywriting, maintaining the firms social media accounts, email marketing including newsletters and organising printed collateral.
What you'll need to succeed
The organisation are seeking a Marketing Assistant to create and update sales support materials on a regular basis, plan, develop and implement marketing communication campaigns alongside the Head of Sales. You will consider, assess and report on competitor intelligence as and when required and manage and post on the company social media avenues, to ensure customer engagement. You will carry out website administration and assist the Head of Sales with new and upcoming projects. Work on promotional activities, writing and proofreading creative copy aimed at customers and industry experts and design and assist creating documents, templates such as spec sheets using Adobe software. You will also coordinate internal marking and organisation's culture alongside the HR Manager
