Your new role
As Senior Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the marketing strategy of four main channels: social media, influencer marketing, events, and PR. Within these channels you will be campaign and media planning, responsible for the management of the strategy, projects, and budgets. This is a great role for someone who desires career progression and that next step into a leadership role (potential scope to line manage a Marketing Executive) and really take ownership and make a difference in what they are managing. There is real scope to be innovative, come up with fresh ideas, to be creative and to take the company in another direction. You will be reporting into the Marketing Manager and will be working closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Executive and three other Marketing Executives.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you need to have around 2 years of Marketing experience in the Food and/or Drink Manufacturing industry. The right candidate will have a passion for food and sustainability as you will be fully engrossed in the culture and environment! You must have impeccable attention to detail, have strong written and verbal communication skills, alongside exceptional organisational, time and budget management skills. Experience and knowledge with Instagram & Facebook are essential, Pinterest and TikTok is a plus not a must! Some sort of social media insights platform is also very advantageous for this role. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have experience working with agencies and managing activities with multiple stakeholders.
