Marketing Executive - Financial Services Firm - Watford - £25-30k

Your new company
Your new company is a UK leading Financial Services group, who is looking for a Marketing Executive to join their group function. You will be working across their asset management division, banking division & security division. This means you are working across their 3 main business, with exposure to different industries and stakeholders in the business and externally.


Your new role
In your new role as Marketing Executive, you will responsible for the Marketing functions across the 3 business areas, bringing together strategy from each business and streamlining it. This will be a B2B & B2C role, working alongside different levels of managers and stakeholders.


Responsibilities include:


Developing and promoting the brand and marketing activity for each business area
Working alongside the Head of Marketing to leverage events, sponsorships and partnerships
Working on the social media channels (such as LinkedIn, Twitter & Instagram) to ensure content is reaching all channels
Ensuring there is brand consistency across the group function
Gaining exposure & training in the development of the event calendar to ensure transparency and awareness across the business
Management of daily sponsorship opportunities across the function.


What you need to succeed


Similar experience in a generalist marketing role
Prior experience with events & sponsorships e.g. experience managing and organising events
Financial services experience is preferred, but also would consider wider corporate B2b experience
Very strong communication skills, written & verbal
Ability to manage a high work load (strong organisation skills)
