Product Manager - Based in Kidderminster

Your new role
*To execute product development and launches brilliantly from Launch/project approval to sampling instore
*To report the progress of NPD ahead of launch approval and thereafter
*Prepare and execute new product introduction plans.
*Coordinate the activity to ensure timely delivery instore.
*Contribute fully to the NPD Action Team within and between meetings.
*Contribute to the creation of Product strategy.
*To provide clarity and visibility of the status of all activities associated with the preparation for and delivery of launches.
*To coordinate the activity between the key NPD AT members to deliver.
*To Chair and coordinate the NPD AT meetings.
*Own the approval of the sampling and POS plan for all brands.
*Ensure the timely delivery of sampling and POS through the broader team.
*Responsible for the creation, planning and delivery of the sampling and POS budget.
*To take on projects within the "NPD" area where resource is required. (eg POS creation)
*To take on other projects as and when required.
