Your new role
As Digital Marketing Associate you will assist in digital marketing campaign implementation including planning, developing marketing assets and tracking, reporting and optimizing. You will deliver tactical marketing elements including email marketing, web page creation, paid social media, Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine Optimisation. You will be responsible for website maintenance through regular reviews, updating web pages as and when required, collaborate with external designers and developers when required and maintain lead tracking through CRM systems and tracking in Google Analytics. You will be responsible for generation of monthly & weekly reports to analyse success of campaigns and broader marketing initiatives and the design and creation of visual assets using various design tools.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a third level qualification in Marketing/business or related field or equivalent, an understanding of digital marketing best practises, experience in social media marketing, digital marketing and social media reporting, and experience managing multiple projects with ability to compile reports of a high standard. Desirable if you understand SEO and SEM best practise, experience in Adobe Suite, CRM e.g., Salesforce, Marketing Automation and Google reporting tools. Also, desirable if you have campaign management experience, knowledge of the pharma industry and knowledge of industry specific digital platforms and routes to market as well as knowledge of industry competitors and experience tracking digital competitor activity. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, excellent proof-reading, and high attention to detail as well as ability to problem solve, work effectively both as part of a team and on own initiative and excellent time management skills.
