Exciting Digital Marketing Manager - up to £50k - Highly Reputable Food & Drink Chain - London City

Your new role

You will be working with the Head of Marketing, Head of Brand and E-commerce Director to develop the companies digital marketing, CRM strategy from acquisitions to retention for both B2B and B2C and elevate the existing e-commerce platform. Your responsibilities will include, managing all digital marketing strategies from SEO, PPC to display ads as well as promoting activity across all channels but also general performance management. Creating reports to ensure effectiveness of all digital marketing engagement. Developing, CRM strategy with an emphasis on customer data, including both automated and behavioural campaigns. Additionally, project management of new digital projects which align with brand strategy and highlighting opportunities to advance the digital brand and as a result sales.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need experience implementing digital marketing strategies with both B2B and B2C and thorough experience with CRM platforms and using data to develop their strategy. An in-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, PPC and all social media platforms as well as strong knowledge of promotional mechanics and A/B techniques. An analytical degree is preferred and would be beneficial as you must have strong analytical skills and be excel savvy. Someone who is looking to 'get their hands dirty' and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
