Interim Head of Marketing - £500 per day - Property background - Hybrid


Your new company

Hays are working in partnership with one of the UK's biggest private property organisations, with a portfolio of close to 10 Billion and over 10,000 properties across the UK. You will be working as part of the an incredibly successful, forward-thinking and industry leading companies in the UK.

Your new role

You will be the Head of Marketing, leading the Marketing function through the companies branding redesign. You will be delivering and overseeing brand project management, including developing content for the new website, progressing the brand collateral roll-out, and planning the external launch. Also the delivery all internal communications through the internal change. Additionally, content strategy and events management of upcoming campaigns within new entities of the business.


What you'll need to succeed

You will need strong well rounded experience with B2B marketing strategies including a focus on PR, content, brand and website development. A reasonability you need to succeed, will be surrounding event management and launches therefore someone who is comfortable creating and managing large corporate events is necessary. A preferable understanding of the real estate industry as well as other entities within the business including Property Partnerships, Investment and Development. If you are a commercial, analytical and hands on Head of Marketing who is ready to come into a new company and hit the ground running, ready to elevate and optimise the company. This a role for you!
