Communications & PR Manager (or) Executive | Boston (Hybrid)

What you will be doing
Reporting into the Marketing Director and working with the wider marketing team you will deliver an internal and external communications plan with key stakeholders to ensure that their brand purpose, personality, and assets are consistently clear across all touch points. Initially you will focus on internal communications to further drive employee engagement, where you will build a fit for purpose toolkit to deliver their internal communications strategy, whilst coordinating input from each department. Moving forward from there you will focus on external B2B communications, this will range from coordinating internal resources and external agencies to deliver Social Media and PR activity, company events, management of sponsorships along with the executing the Managing Director's social media channels.

A privately owned business who are already at the forefront of their industry in their current regions, they have recently embarked on their strategic growth journey which will be achieved through organic and acquisitive growth, there are many plans afoot and projects that you will be able to get involved in.
What you'll need to succeed
The role would suit a relevant graduate in Marketing/Communications/Journalism who has already gained exposure working within communications, or a more experienced Communications Manager who can operate at a higher level. You should have a proven track record of implementing successful internal comms and engagement strategies that have supported change management and transformation, embedded within company culture. We are ideally seeking someone who is detail orientated and a confident copywriter who is deadline focused.
What you'll get in return
The salary range is in the region of £25-35,000, depending on previous experience and what you can bring to the role, and they business operates a hybrid working pattern offering ongoing flexibility.
