Hays are representing an award winning agency to recruit a Senior Account Manager for their Belfast office.

Your new role
As Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for managing strategic communications to ensure effective and measurable results for the client, you will provide expertise, guidance and insight across Client accounts, create and maintain excellent daily working relationships with clients and lead on and manage Client projects. You will be responsible for monitoring competitor activity and suggesting new initiatives for Clients, proactively driving and maximising profit from accounts and generating new business and revenue opportunities for the Agency, and participating in production of tenders and new business presentations. You will also assist in the management of personnel and general managerial duties where necessary.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified in Marketing or similar and have 3+ years experience as an Account Manager, extensive industry experience and evidence of profitable and effective management of UK/Ireland wide projects. You will have a clear understanding of what makes great advertising, strong leadership qualities and the ability to embrace evolving communication platforms with strong and compelling presentation skills and an inspiring team player. Desirable if you are a member of Professional Body and have ongoing evidence of commitment to personal growth, as well as experience with ISO Awareness, proven responsibility of Effectiveness Award with communications experience and experience working in an Agency.

What you'll get in return
