* £55,000 - Dependant on experience

Our client is one of the leading forensic science companies in the UK. Based in south Oxfordshire they are now looking to add an experienced marketing manager to the team who can hit the ground running in an exciting fast paced industry. It is an exciting time to be joining the company who have recently gone through a rebrand and look to grow further over the next 12 months, the successful candidate can expect to design and lead the company's marketing plan while managing, building and evolving the marketing department.

The role

* Lead the implementation and execution of a digital demand generation strategy.
* Manage campaign execution across all channels - paid, email, video, events.
* Design, plan and deliver events alongside Training Manager
* Lead inbound marketing activities including use of social and digital media.
* Optimise social media engagement through content marketing initiatives.
* Work with the business leaders to ensure go-to market plans are supported and delivered, deliver customer references.
* Collaborate with our key partners to develop joint-marketing plans.
* Manage and report on marketing effectiveness through use of metrics and dashboards
* Deliver the social media strategy to help us connect with our customers, partners and key influencers.
* Develop a comprehensive, multi-dimensional PR plan to increase overall brand awareness.
* Build and manage the relationship with the PR agency.
* Develop and deliver an internal marketing plan.

The Candidate

* A successful track record in lead generation programs across a range of marketing channels.
* Creative and innovative thinker with a "can do" attitude, happy leading and managing a junior team of marketeers.
* Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work well with all levels across the business and externally.
* Develop strategies for increasing awareness across a variety of channels including digital and social media.

This role would suit an experienced Marketing Manager who would be joining an ambitious company and would be looking to develop and further their career as the company grows over the coming years.
