Job Details

I am currently working with a leading, award-winning Communications Agency, specialising within the Healthcare sector.
They work with Pharma brands to tell their story of their brand for prescription medication in an innovative way, doing everything from patient advocacy and data regulation.
They have currently moved to their new, modern offices in London Bridge, and are currently going through a growth period, so are looking to expand their team.
Your new role
Reporting to the Account Director, you will be leading key accounts effectively to ensure the smooth running of all integrated communications for their clients.
You will be working closely with the Senior Team, as well as supporting executives in terms of guidance and developing their skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Campaign Planning and Management - generating ideas and strategies for each client and their communication objectives, overseeing its delivery
* Media Relationship and Client Management - Build and develop relationships with media bodies, journalists and influencers, maintain a strong client base as well as pushing for networking and business development
* Content Creation - Create a wide variety f content for your client across their platforms on an internal and external basis such as press releases, projects, presentations and so on
* Team and People Management - Support a junior team, motivating and up-skilling their abilities and career
* Digital Media - Understand the digital media landscape, using those tools to incorporate them effectively into your work across clients
* Reporting on financial and account profitability
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in a similar role - ideally within the healthcare communications space
* A drive to develop their management
* Strong communications and strategy experience
* Confident liaising with stakeholder of all levels and client relations
* Experience using and implementing digital media into campaigns
* Managing multiple projects at once confidently, as well as being a supportive member of the team
