Your new company

Your new company is a leading Wealth Management firm, based in the City of London. They are a UK based company, listed on the London Stock Exchange. The firm has a few different arms, which have recently been centralised under one name. They are looking for a Senior Internal Communications Manager to act as a deputy to the Head of Internal Communications and Brand.

Your new role

Within your new role you will owning and delivering the internal communications plan to the wealth management group, supporting the groups people plan, strategic priorities and transformation plans. The successful candidate will be delivering on HR, ED&I, wellbeing, transformation and organisational change, growth and development communications and therefore need experience within this in previous roles. You will be reporting into the Head of Internal Communications and Brand and will be working on supporting the senior leadership communication plans whilst building strong relationships with c-level executives. You will require creative flair and storytelling abilities as well as confidence in pushing back against individual agendas, ensuring the business are receiving the right information at the right time.

What you'll need to succeed

* Experience of communicating strategy across a complex organisation
* Experience within HR, D&I, and transformational change communications
* Proven track record in delivering strategic narratives, telling story of strategy and engaging people in the strategic process
* Extensive experience in dealing with c-suite executives and pushing back on individuals agendas
* Evidence of managing competing priorities
* Proactive attitude to owning the delivery of key projects
