We are working with a fantastic higher education organisation based in Oxford. They are looking for a Digital Content Manager to help with website communications, content management, content strategy, user experience as well as manage a team.

Responsibilities

* Deliver the institutions websites to meet the strategic needs of the University, working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver appropriate and engaging content for the organisations site.
* Manage and govern the Content Management System, including updates, providing content using your website editing team
* Work closely with IT teams and external support partners
* Manage a department budget to optimise the customer's digital experience
* Support the work of the User Experience team to deliver audience-optimised web content
* Available on open days and clearing, as well as be on call should there be issues on the website (you will get time off in lieu for this)

Personal Profile


* Significant experience implementing and managing web content management systems
* Experience in using Kentico desirable
* Skilled in content management and analysis/reporting
* Managing and testing the release of new functionality for the website
* Working knowledge of html is desirable
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a wide range of people
* Excellent stakeholder management with senior staff
