Join a leading infrastructure organisation as a Customer Relationship Manager

Your new company

Hays are delighted to be working with a leading infrastructure and Engineering company to recruit a new permanent Stakeholder Engagement manager to be based in the office in Perth. The role is offered on a Hybrid working basis with the in-office requirement likely to be 2-3 days per week and will work within the transport team. This organisation is a trusted partners of Government - both national and local - managing assets and complex projects that are vital to the sustainable growth of the country.

Your new role

The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for delivering excellent standards of Customer Relationship Management through the development and delivery of the Customer Care Plan and the Community Engagement Plan.

Key Responsibilities:



* Promoting an innovative approach to ensure that Transport Scotland's Roads Customer Care Standard is achieved to meet and exceed customer expectations
* Managing customer relationships and lead on issue or complaint resolution
* Engaging customers and stakeholders to minimise issues or complaints
* Identify and deliver on opportunities to drive improvement in Stakeholder and Customer relationships
* Liaison with the Engagement Team to ensure there is a customer focus through plans that are informed by the Engagement Strategy
* Undertaking stakeholder mapping to understand customer and stakeholder types, their needs and how to manage their expectations.



What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will have:



* Strong experience in a customer relationship management focused role.
* Degree educated or Equivalent
* Experience working in the public sector
* Strong experience in the identification and management of relationships and issue resolution.
* Experience delivering improvements in customer care.
* Experience delivering and managing the Customer Care Plan and recording the progress of customer improvements
* Experience Identifying customer care training requirements and exploring and delivering suitable solutions
