About the role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing Insights and Strategy team as a Customer Insight Manager. You will be an experienced insights specialist, passionate about uncovering customer needs and market intelligence.
You will ensure the smooth implementation of a variety of insights projects. You will manage and conduct quantitative and qualitative projects, working with the wider insights team and external agencies to deliver marketing insight that enables competitive advantage for the English product group. Aswell as collaborating and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders across the business functions to ensure that the voice of the customer is heard.
This will involve overseeing all parts of the project process including, project ideation and planning, continued monitoring of fieldwork, analysis and final reporting (including presentation development). You will manager and find solutions to problems that may arise during a market research project lifecycle
You will have a strong track record of delivering insights projects in an international context as well as:
- good interpersonal skills to build effective stakeholder relations
- knowledge of Insight techniques (including quantitative and qualitative methodologies) with good analytical skills
- strong team player with good organisational skills and ability to keep to tight deadlines
- Customer focused with good commercial skills to inform insight projects
