They are looking for an experienced, energetic, and creative Internal Communications Specialist to join their team of four in the London office.


Your New Role

As the Internal Change Communications Specialist, you will be working across the two strands of the company on a strategic change project, at the forefront of creating innovative and engaging change content across a variety of platforms for employees, stakeholder, and business partners during this exciting time.
Having a deep understanding of change communications, working collaboratively with the Communication Leads to ensure the project is effectively communicated appropriately to the company's audience.

Responsibilities:


* Development and execution of communications strategies regarding to the project
* Act as communications business partner to a number of workstream leads for the change programme, while working with the wider Communications team
* Plan and deliver creative, engaging communications in line with agreed strategies for internal and external audiences, as well as overarching regional communications strategies
* Reporting on all communication plans and strategies through analysis and measuring KPI's have been met
* Support the Communications Directors with other regular updates and administrative support
* Ability to translate complex change scenarios into easily digestible communication using latest channels
* Understands tonal differences across the audience mix
* Budget management responsibilities


What You'll Need to Succeed

* A passion and drive for storytelling, as well as being strategically minded with a proactive approach
* A natural manager of relationships
* Understand the telecoms market structure
* Be both a self-starter and a collaborative team player
* Ability to communicate, present and influence at Executive level.
* Result oriented with high commitment, resilience, and a positive attitude.
