My client is a public sector organisation based in Kent who have a long, established history in the area. They provide a wide range of support to local residents across specific regions of Kent.

Your new role

As the Change Communications Partner you will plan and deliver a programme of internal change communications in order to ensure staff at all levels of the business understand the need for change. You will be expected to coordinate communications related to the strategic communications. You will be leading on the planning and delivery of change communications - from communications plans and staff briefings through to events and other internal activities.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have experience of managing and executing internal communications programmes and activities, whilst also having a track record of delivering internal communications projects in collaboration with other business units. Be able to show an understanding of change communications methodology and working with programme managers to bring the communications to life.

Preferably have experience of delivering communications plans and strategies based on the OASIS or ROSIE models.
