Your new role
As Marketing Manager you will lead the strategic development and implementation of brand and customer marketing plans, which will support the sales and brand objectives of the business. You will have a key role in the identification and conversion of new customer connections through targeted external communications. You will be accountable for managing and executing the marketing plan in line with the marketing objectives and strategy defined by the business and also within the agreed budget allocation, responsible for budget control and managing the leads generation process, principal management and execution of the direct marketing activity for the owner occupier sector and managing and overseeing the development of the Company's Website. You will also be responsible for the management and implementation of the digital marketing, managing/co-ordinating and fostering supplier relationships to deliver cost effective creative, provide marketing information statistics, performance campaign information for evaluation and cost evaluation and management of market research to enhance the overall understanding of target markets and inform communication strategy. You will organise exhibition displays, and major launch activities as required in order to support and develop the marketing strategy, support the collection and maintenance of the company's corporate database and manage appointed agencies. Whilst not a direct report, you will support in the management of the Marketing Executive.

What you'll need to succeed
Degree level qualification in a marketing or business-related discipline or equivalent professional experience to include a relevant marketing qualification / accreditation. Desirable if you have experience of working in a small flexible marketing department. You will have a minimum of three years' experience in a marketing position, experience as a budget holder for a departmental budget, strong analytical and project management skills, ability to demonstrate sound creative judgement and experience of effectively managing external partners. Desirable if you have a strong creative outlook, excellent communications and IT skills and strong influencing and negotiation skills.

What you'll get in return
Salary of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus a 10 - 15% on target annual performance bonus and additional market leading benefits package. Please note our client cannot offer hybrid working.
