Hays are currently working in partnership with a well-known global real estate organisation with offices in central London. The firm has a turnover of 20 million+ & are leaders within the various areas they work within. A diverse forward-thinking firm that promotes individuality in all aspects of the workplace. We are looking to recruit 2x Communications Manager, one being UK focused & the other being globally focussed, supporting two similar divisions within the global firm.

Your new role

In your new role as the Communications Manager, you will be responsible for the full cycle of the communications strategy & execution of your designated division (Europe). This will include both internal & executional communications, events management, alongside stakeholder management engagement. You will be given the opportunity to make the role your own & work with your division stakeholder to ensure this is supporting the wider business/division objectives. You will also sit on the leadership team & have a real impact on the business plans. A fantastic role for someone who is an omni channel communications professional looking to work within a global matrix organisation that value their stuff!

What you'll need to succeed


* 5+ years of experience within internal, external communication & events management.
* Experience within a matrix firm & understanding the complexity of organisation structures (property would be adventurous)
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Commercially minded
* Strong project management skills
* Strong stakeholder management skills
