Communications and Engagement Specialist

Your new role
This is a pivotal role in one of the country's most important organisations. You will proactively deliver communications stories and projects, to take forward the organisation's priorities, manage change, and achieve our aims. You will use and develop their communications channels, including internal channels, social media, video, audio and blogs to effectively engage internal and external audiences.

What you'll need to succeed


* Proven ability in communications, press, or public affairs, with experience delivering effective communications strategies that meets audience needs.
* Ability to create and develop effective messaging across platforms and channels including emails, newsletters, events, internal communications platforms, and social media.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with different teams, supporting others to communicate effectively and work collaboratively to solve problems.
* Ability to plan, implement, monitor and evaluate communications activity and engagement, demonstrating innovative and creative thinking.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive salary of £32-36k per Annum (pro Rata'd), as well as flexible and remote working, with an opportunity to work in one of the organisation's offices across the UK should you choose.
