Director of Marketing, ONCAMPUS

Cambridge Education Group is searching for a dynamic international marketing professional to lead their expanding ONCAMPUS business division. With 14 pathway centres across the UK, Europe and the US, ONCAMPUS recruits students from over 100 countries and supports them to progress to study at some of the world’s leading universities. The Director of Marketing will be an experienced and strategic marketing professional with previous success in leading a global marketing team, driving commercial business goals, and implementing innovative end-to-end campaigns.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with an ability to thrive under pressure and motivate others, highly commercial in instinct, attitudes and behaviour with strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects in a complex business environment.  They will be able to make decisions in a fast-changing context, influence and develop future strategy and play an active role in business development.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for development and execution of strategic marketing objectives: customer insight, competitor research, pricing analysis, brand management Management and development of a team of marketing professionals with specific regional strategies, goals and outputs across all channels Manage and develop the ONCAMPUS brand and our partner University brands and their positioning and key differentiators to agents and to wider stakeholders Delivery of and reporting on global marketing plans ensuring close integration with regional sales plans
