Your new role

Assist in the co-ordination and execution of both tactical and strategic marketing campaigns throughout our global market via direct and distribution channels. Maintain the brands' websites and content management. Monitor performance of campaigns with analytics and insights.


Responsibilities


* Contribute to the planning and implementation of integrated global marketing campaigns from initial concept through to completion
* Own the email marketing channels and 3rd party email advertising
* Develop content and ideas for advertising and multi-channel campaigns.
* Undertake copywriting for campaigns and other deliverables
* Work with key advertising partners globally and ensure that materials are provided in line with the marketing plan and performance is tracked
* Work alongside distributors and the marketing manager with marketing planning and support as necessary
* Website content, maintenance and development
* Monitor performance of campaigns through analytics and insights and make recommendations of improvement to senior management
* Develop a sound understanding of the market, competitors, and consumers, and to use this to continually improve the marketing activity
* Support the appointed PR agency on campaign activation
* Monitor the media, including newspapers, magazines and trade publications for opportunities


What you'll need to succeed


* Demonstrable experience in a marketing position for 2-3 years
* Minimum of 2 years experience with email campaigns and automations
* Good understanding of the key concepts in the marketing mix
* Able to manage own workflow
* Creative and strategic thinker and results driven
* CMS Experience, Ideally WordPress
* Analytics and third party HTML desirable
